2. Once the first installment is received, there is “No Opting Out” of the Installment Program.
   
   
3. Discounts not permitted, installments made on time are “Net Collection” Period. Late or missed installment payments are assessed with a 10% penalty.
   
   
4. Payments are due in the amount indicated on the installment payment portion of this bill on or before the date indicated.
   
   
5. If a receipt is desired, mail both the third installment payment stub and taxpayer copy with a self-addressed, stamped envelope. We will not issue a receipt until the final payment is received. Please use your cancelled checks or bank statement as receipt for installment payments until you send the final payment.
