Volunteer Job Descriptions

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

ReflectionsCollect and label student entries, arrange for judging and awards and prepare winning entries for the next level of judging.  These tasks will be accomplished by the Chair with the assistance of the Co-Chair and / or helpers. Also, we are searching for unbiased judges qualified to judge pieces within the categories stated on the reverse side so, if you know anyone, call Michele Zaborowski @ 610-469-6274 or Heather Getley 610-792-4583.

 

Hospitality  -  You will be called to provide donations of baked goods or beverages, as you indicate, for various possible events including New Student Orientation, PTSA meetings, Teacher Appreciation, Senior Breakfast, Post Prom, etc.

 

Senior BreakfastWe serve breakfast and beverages to our Senior students the day they receive their yearbooks in late May.  We always need help in the planning stage, as well as picking up pre-paid ordered bakery goods, setting up in the Cafeteria and cleaning up in the Cafeteria the day of the event.

 

Teacher Appreciation – We traditionally place out a selection of breakfast foods for the teachers to show our appreciation for all that they for our students and parents.  We will again need help with planning, setting up, etc.

 

Post Prom Party –

 

     Co-Chair – Assist Chairperson with phone calls, e-mail, mailings, and meetings

 

     Decorating – We are in need of Decorating Team Leaders to plan the layout of the decorations and coordinate creation and purchase of decorations and supplies for a portion of our Post Prom Party space.  We also need people to help create decorations (artistic talent welcome but not necessary).

 

     Clean – Up – Help remove and pack decorations following the Post Prom.

 

     Wildcat Cash Chances – Be responsible for having tickets printed (name of printer and info provided) and inserted into one of our newsletter mailings.  Be responsible for keeping all returned chances and giving money to our Treasurer and making calls to our winners, etc.

 

     Publicity – Responsible for submitting info on our Post Prom Party to the Mercury, making posters for the school, working to communicate with parents and setting a date for the student assembly with a video or Power Point presentation.

 

     Secretary – Take notes at all Post Prom meetings.
